Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Role of Registered General Nurse To provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care to a child within their home environment. The successful candidate will be part of a nurse-led care team providing clinical care in a home setting.Responsibilities include
- Provide excellent evidence-based nursing care, implementing all aspects of care plans based on the needs identified
- Prioritise the needs and comfort of the client
- Promote abilities, independence, and safeguard the client's interests at all times
- Work closely in partnership with family members and the clinical team
- Communicate effectively with the client, family, clinical team, and MDT, reporting on the client's clinical needs as required.
- Maintain accurate and professional clinical notes
- Demonstrate commitment and competence in the care and welfare of clients
- Promote the recognition of the child as an individual
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect
Qualifications & Experience
- NMBI Decision Letter Holder
- RGN/RCN trained
- Paediatric nursing experience is desirable
- Previous experience in home care is an advantage. full trainine and support provided

- Market related salary
- 20 days paid leave per annum
